Are boots over jeans in for fall 07/winter08? Would my outfit look ok with them?

Hi All,





Last year, it appeared that boots over jeans were in and am curious if the style is still in. At what point would it be appropriate to start wearing this look? For cooler days in the fall or at night? Anytime during the winter?





I have never tried the look myself personally yet (in public), but I am open to opinions and thoughts about this. I took a picture of a look I like, but would like you throughts if this looks good or not, or what needs to change in the outfit. I am about 5'5" - am I tall enough to pull the look off?





Keep in mind that I just had a baby 5 weeks ago, so I haven't lost all the weight yet, and should be getting back down to around a size 6 by the time fall arrives.





I have always heard that it is important to have a nice pair of boots with jeans, so I bought a pair of Vicini Black Leather Knee High boots - about 4" heels.

2. That outfit is absolutely gorgeous!


3. You can probably start wearing that outfit in late September or early October, depending on what the weather is like where you live. It would be cute for an evening out with your husband or with friends, or even to a casual party.

Reply:I think you are tall enough, attitude is more important than height. When this look was in a number of years ago women of all heights wore it and well. I would go for it as soon as the weather is cool enough for boots.

im 14 %26amp; alot of people even my age where boots over jeans now. another thing yu could do is a sweater dress with tights %26amp; the boots thats also really in right now.. yu can bsically were in anytime.
