Are boots over jeans in for fall 07/winter08? Would my outfit look ok with them?

Hi All,





Last year, it appeared that boots over jeans were in and am curious if the style is still in. At what point would it be appropriate to start wearing this look? For cooler days in the fall or at night? Anytime during the winter?





I have never tried the look myself personally yet (in public), but I am open to opinions and thoughts about this. I took a picture of a look I like, but would like you throughts if this looks good or not, or what needs to change in the outfit. I am about 5'5" - am I tall enough to pull the look off?





Keep in mind that I just had a baby 5 weeks ago, so I haven't lost all the weight yet, and should be getting back down to around a size 6 by the time fall arrives.





I have always heard that it is important to have a nice pair of boots with jeans, so I bought a pair of Vicini Black Leather Knee High boots - about 4" heels.

Yeah that looks nice hun - but for just during the day at the shops with your new babe you might be more comfy in flat boots - I love the pirate boots with skinny jeans or leggings and a chunky coat. I lived in this look last winter and can't wait to wear them again!!

Reply:That looks nice and yeah its still trendy, i have been wearing ugg boots and skinny jeans for 3 winters now lol i need a change so i bought myself minitonkas they are the new style ankle boots. you look nice so go for it girl i will be wearing similar , me and every other trendy girl.

you should always wear clothes that suit you. boots and jeans are always a gd look. ask your friends for their opinion
Reply:i tell u boots with jeans r always in.ALWAYS.now is up2u how u create the look,u know in uk is always cold in the winter,u might have 2show them off from next month lol,so i give u a tip,try wearing tall boots that goes till ur knees outside of the jeans...2gether with a top or a shirt not oversized,and than with a small jacket a sexy1 please...so the overall look rated might be 9 if not 10 out of 10...but if u aint confortable...trainers also do the look in jeans...but dont wear loose clothing just coz ur overweight.im sure ul look great;-)
