Saw leather skirt and jacket, is it in fasion for young women?

I cross dress and have so many questions about who/what/where etc.





I am 22 years old and saw this leather skirt with jacket, but Idont see many women who are in their 20's wearing this. Would it be out of fasion if a 22 year old wore it?





Would you wear pumps this or leater boots? Pantyhose or no pantyhose?

leather is not really in style any more no one really wears it...fi u are goin to wear it tho dont wear leather boots w/ it b/c thats too much leather, wear the pumps...and no pantyhose
