Does anyone know what I mean? You wear them with skinny jeans or skirts, and they look like they're made of cloth - they're cool, usually with funky prints on, and they only cover the ankle. They have no heel, and I'm highlighting that I don't think they're slouch boots, as they're not made of leather or suede - it looks more like cotton. I want a pair but don't know what to ask for!! any ideas??
